     leasons you learn
    through out life
    they suck they hurt

    they also make
    you stronger and
    better now that
    you have gone
    through them

    change your life
    tell fear to leave
    you alone tell
    it your done living
    in its shadow

    its time for you
    to break that shell of yours
    let people see who you are

    now take those
    leasons and build
    a better you
