    Infinite Perspective

No time to rest,as I plotted to evolve my thoughts,
    Supple sleep never came,
Dreams were devoured by the devils jest,
Only the lingering chase of truth , helped the madness ensue
Newtons apple handed to me by a serpent,
    For it's embedded dark purpose,
I have left those I held in a chest, in my pocket,
And only unlocked it, when it was time to pass the gifts,
Me, myself, and I had to sleep in shifts,

To watch each others rapid eyes moving,
To tunes void but hypnotic ,
    Sonic pulses,with the darkness looming,
    Consuming my very being,
Seeing the very cause staring me in self,

I began tearing away the human shell,
    Turning bridges into diving boards,
Truth was the speech in my vocal cords,
That lay with our miniscule tool of definition,

    Now it's time to rest,
in the everglow of the unknown,
Terms burned with the fury of infinite tongues,
Earth is my birthplace but the Universe is my home

Liked the shifts in pace. Would have liked the rhythm to be stronger towards the end. Good thought.

A perfect display of 1920's French surrealism brought to life here and now. Love it!

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
