Incandescence Drips
Incandescence dripsa tinder saline
flame. Damp, and
coal-storm black.
Immersion inferno,
once submerged,
emerges from
glowing fjord to
luminous cascades
of glacial spark
kept at burning bay
by boiling smoke in
a burnt brook’s bright
spring light and
frosty blaze; soul’s
inlet of combustion where
incandescence drips
a tinder saline
flame. Damp, and
coal-storm black.
