In My Memory

I see your smile in the pictures full of memories,
I remember the way you use to joke around,
The way you were always there for others,
And expected nothing in return.
I remember the way you made us laugh,
Always cheerful and so peaceful,
Sometimes in pain,
I remember how you loved everyone,
No matter if they did the wrong things,
Or they did the right things,
I remember how I would sit with you,
And watch movies when I was little,
I remember so much about you,
And yet still so little,
I miss you like crazy,
But am happy you are in a better place,
I am glad you no longer hurt in pain,
But instead you rest in peace,
And you will always be in my memory.
