I'm asking you to trust

A poem for a friend who is struggling

God’s beauty and love edified His arise

Live like Proverbs 2:6-12, choose to be wise

So I began in Samuel 24:3, at the place where the road passes some sheepfolds

God came giving David a mission and victory

He repented, sparing the tired Saul and his meek soul, so

When you begin living for God, the enemy centers you

See, I don’t think you got that lemme break it down, because the enemy attempts to make sin enter you

Will you fix your view?

Cause God’s into you

Right now, it may not seem to clear as I “watch” your “time” compromise, and remix your truth

No, I wasn’t concerned about the tone of false, but God who revealed your life, as you lived confused

If you continue life without Him, then His words will hit you like a target, and creep in, breaking the heart that was once hardened, pardon me, can I help you lose the weight of the world, which has fattened you with lard and-greed?

Please loose your-self, don’t, lose your-self; become tight in His righteousness

If your life is wrong and He’s right, and He’s right in your wrong then stop biting dust

You keep swinging your arms and fighting His word, then I guess your content cause you like the lust

Then you add to the equation the time it’s going to take your vessel to shine light cause your path’s set to “hell or “bust.”

So I ask you to receive the Way, the Truth, and the Life to live life in love, with God’s might, and trust.

Wow that was deep. I think that putting scripture is good maybe at the end unless it's your thing. Then do your thing. I like that it is about God and you are serious and it seems that you feel. That is a strong point I think. You might like mysterofhiswill.blogspot.com Any way keep up the good writing. In the TRUTH John 14 right?

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
