If this was the day, we first met

Swooned by your beauty, seen up close
    Grateful introduction, by host
    Memories afar, mind has set
If this was the day, we first met

Locks of cocoa, smooth skin of love
Lips so full, that’s all I dream of
This lively charm, is what you get
If this was the day, we first met

This day is not, what started love
These decades past, we pushed and shoved
You’ve held my heart within your debt
If this was the day, we first met

Remember me, your one true love
For I’ve returned, from skies above
    Sharing life, this constant duet
If this was the day, we first met

    Very sweet....

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
