I must run while they walk...
I must run while they walk
For years in limbo I hung, I waited
While their sweat of labor, to gold it turned
For seasons unending, I danced, I waited
While harvests of bounty, to silver, they churned
But now has come ailing tomorrow, she’s grumbling,
Here by my side she sits, she’s crumbling
So to pale limbs, I say arise
So to the lips of labor, deep I embrace
Before hopes and dreams in dark bosoms kept
Over far horizons do leap and disappear
To suffocate
And Die
Now, I must run, while they walk
