    I Can't Complain

Blue skys and sunshine, aged cheese and fine wine
White dusted winters, lonely nights and long sighs
Heartbreaks and heartaches, too many to name,
Still youthful and carefree, no time for disdain,
    Folks hear what I'm saying..still can't complain.
Tasted tears, down through the years
Thoughts of death feed all my fears,
Failures and Triumphs were not in vain
    What can I say.... I can't complain
    Leaning on God's everlasting arms
Daily bread keeps me safe from harm
From Living waters yet,my strength regained
There is no way....I could complain.
Victory promised, all my battles won
Everlasting life in the morrow, with my Savior  I am one
Through hills and valleys, not without pain...
    Yet here I am standing..........I Can't Complain

Very encouraging and well written, I love this poem and it's content. It is true to it's title all the way and is very touching. No one should complain life itself no matter how short, long, or painful it's a blessing.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
