Hidden Desire's

I miss you like there is no tomorrow, at the time we had to steal and borrow.
When shall I see you again, there is no guarantee with these feelings I feel deep within.
reached for a moment and took it full grasp, went on a feeling with no more to ask, into this feeling with no knowledge of......bewildered and awed at theses feelings of love...
As these feelings buckle down upon me, I look over at what I need to see, is it our time, or shall there be another line..
head spinning with emotion and questions too seek, afraid of the answers that may be to bleak, Swallow my pride and not say a word., repress all my feelings so no one gets hurt
For to tell what is true, would be another knife of my heart pushed through, so I shall remain silent as the night, not ready to take this one chance and fight.
too much we have gone thru yet need to stay wise...not ruin a friendship nor compromise Perhaps it is these odes we share day to day...that I enjoy and with you here I stay
We have a friendship that will last beyond our days, for we have been blessed with this in so many ways, so hold true to this conclusion, because my friend this shall never be an illusion.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
