I have ask the Lord for a blessing like you.
To be loyal and faithful,as my wishes came true.
I have asked the Lord to let me share my heart.
To come to gether as one,to never fall apart
I have asked the Lord to give me a pretty bead of light.
He gave me you,that lights the sky at night.
I asked the Lord to guide me through the pearly gate.
He gave me you,as a tender love of faith.
I asked the lord,to show me the way.
He gave me you to love every day.
I asked the lord,dont let me cry in pain.
He gave me you,my tear drops of rain.
I asked the lord,please let me hold you tight.
He whispered in my ear,you know I'll make it right...
