    Going?

    the Tick-Tick-Ticking of the bell,
where are we Going? No one can tell.
    Zoom-Zoom-Zooming sings each car,
where are we Going? will we go Far?
    Knock-Knock-Knock, who's at my door?
    I hear a whisper, I want more.
Tonight, tonight, milky moon awaits my dreams,
but What are dreams and of what things?
"where are we Going?" More people call.
my agenda's jammed pack and I just stall.
Where am I Going? Nobody Knows.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
