    GOD's Will

     God gives a life and he talked it away
    for a brief time on this earth he allows us to stay

    We live by his will and follow his path
    hopefully he'll give us life ever last.

    This poem is written for my mother who passed

    To you my dear mother who left me too soon
     here lost and alone

    Here I am left here  distraught and confused longing  to belong

    So much has happened since you went away
    but my love for you has never swayed

    Your love and devotion was always  pure and true
    I have faith that one day I will meet again with you
     So until that day when I see you again
    Take care,  rest in peace for this is not the  end!

    I can appreciate a special poem on God and life! For without the two entities in our lives where would we be? Life is such a precious God given gift that's worth walking the straight and narrow.

    When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
