    For Those I Love

I take this time to reflect
    Looking back with great respect
On all the years I tried too hard
    Always going the extra yard
For my family and my friends
For you all I went to worlds end
Tears, sweat, and blood were shed
Without one verbal sign of dread
I gave my all for your success
I broke myself for your happiness
For all of this I get in return
A broken heart left to burn
Burn with sadness, hopes, and dreams
Till nothings left or so it seems
I've gave all I can give
Now it is my life I must live
To myself I dedicate this time
To the top I will climb
I loved you all and love you still
In my heart you will always fill
Every darkened corner you have made
For in my eyes every debt is paid

THAT IS TRULY BEAUTIFUL...IT SHOWS YOUR INNER MOST THOUGHTS

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
