Flashing Lights

He wants it all
All the time
On his mind
Nickel and dime this young lady in her prime
Of her time

She's as swift as the LA winter
But truthfully, no one could ever fully get her
Wined and dined
And partied like it was a crime

She bares her heart to him
Like a precious diamond
But he wants more
Always more
To score
Then go find some lifeless whore

This girl is a rarity
A special face with a nostalgic grace
It should always be on her pace
This isn't a race
I love... like he was the last man in this place
