    Father's Day

When I think of all the Father's Day's,
I have celebrated in the past.
I think this one's the most important,
For I've realized,..It's not my last!

You see,... My Father is someone very special,
He taught us about loving and about caring.
Too Him,.. It didn't matter what generation,
As long as his family was sharing.

I remember our days at St. Louis,
Sunday School and going to Mass.
    Mother's and Father's Day Breakfast's,
Believe Me,.. Forever my memories will last.

You see,..Thru church he taught us all about God,
And to appreciate all God was giving.
Including the outdoors and the wildlife,
And the gift of everything living.

So, My Father may have passed on,
But, Still my memories are so Grand.
And I know I'll never really lose him,
For he's not just a Friend,.. HE'S MY DAD !!!
