Fallen
Things are different, unfamiliar, not like before
A mask people are wearing not showing there true form
What has happened what has become of me
Oh I've fallen, I see
Roaming this world looking for my place, for peace
Not knowing for sure what to do or be
Then doing what comes natural to me
Speaking to those others ignore
Befriending those who have none
Touching and caring for the unfortunate
Loving what some consider the unlovable
Always finding the good in the bad
And forgiving the unforgivable
Showing affection to those in need
And being a light to those in darkness
Walking around with a smile on my face
to help brighten someone's day
Perfect I'm not
Mistakes I've made
Learning I am
When my light starts to fade I look up to the heavens
from which I came
I know now why I'm hear
My purpose is all to clear
I've been told I have a gift
That I am strong, with a heart of gold
Always defending and looking out for those
even if they've done wrong
Peace is my purpose
and Love my creed
Fallen I have
Where, from above
Angel I must be
A mask people are wearing not showing there true form
What has happened what has become of me
Oh I've fallen, I see
Roaming this world looking for my place, for peace
Not knowing for sure what to do or be
Then doing what comes natural to me
Speaking to those others ignore
Befriending those who have none
Touching and caring for the unfortunate
Loving what some consider the unlovable
Always finding the good in the bad
And forgiving the unforgivable
Showing affection to those in need
And being a light to those in darkness
Walking around with a smile on my face
to help brighten someone's day
Perfect I'm not
Mistakes I've made
Learning I am
When my light starts to fade I look up to the heavens
from which I came
I know now why I'm hear
My purpose is all to clear
