    Endings

    I have lost you see.
    I have not won.
    What have I won?

I went to your house yesterday.
    I saw your sunflowers.
    I picked one up.
It was so large and brightly colored
So cheerful against the backdrop of
    The empty house,
    Your empty house.

You packed up and left yesterday.
So know what do I have left?
A dying flower and an empty house.
