Feelings surround us everyday,
Everybody has them inside;
Happy, sad, depressed or mad,
It's definely a roller coaster we all ride..

One's feeling will spread to all,
When your happy a smile is given;
There's no problem that can't be solved,
And no bad thoughts cause you are proud to be aliven'..

Tears drop down your face,
No reason but just a sad day;
Thoughts of facing the world never cross your mind,
The couch is your best friend and that's where you plan to stay..

Depression has entered through the door,
Dirty dishes, piled up laundry and no food to be found;
Lord, please I need your help,
To make my life go upward bound..

I hate the feeling of being mad,
Grouchy, smart mouth and attitudes flare;
World War 3 seems very close,
I'm so glad these are very rare..

Feelings are hard to control,
Especially with someone you adore;
If we could all think before we spoke,
Then the bad feelings could all hit the door.
