    Dictations of February

I have found spirit in adversity
And courage in faint shadows of my falls
    Through smeared nouns and verbs
    The adjectives dictate it all

Have you not found, have you not felt ?
    Cages bursting, sunrays corrupting
    Darkness falls.

If I could cascade a mountain
    Of spontaneous joys

    ……the thought of winter
    In your arms…….
Is all I need to behold.

    But the sun has set
    The clock has tocked
    I’m set in my ways
I found spirit in my falls.

The dainty fairies spell it well
    …A corruption of waning hopes
    Expanding my universe right now
    reaching out hands and arms
    Touching fire
    Wrestling gods
    Retreating to their perched nest
    I coagulate my thoughts.

    Prisoners behold
    The midnight hour
    Of boundries drawn
    In lonesome moonbeam showers

    The stars align….
    The adjectives dictate it all.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
