    DEPRESSION 4/14/90

Depression is a silent killer, It deprives one's heart of love; a cold stealer.
It attacks unnoticeable at first, leaving you to feel helpless and cursed.
The inability to cope with reality.Deep seeded guilt tearing my soul making me a causality. The tears come and go unexplained as I drop silently insane.
How can this disease have a hold on me? I feel the suffering endlessly.
The cold emptiness inside, forgetting about time and place.
Slowly losing my mind, and love goes untraceable.
To cure the illness you will see, confide in someone openly.Treatment will soon have you back on the road of reality.

This is wonderfully descriptive, pulling the reader into understanding the gambit of emotion. Nicely done, adding the medication for the condition, in the end.

Poetry is what is lost in translation.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
