    Crumbling Down

    She sits there wondering,

if she'll ever be the same,

Letting the wind take all of her feelings,

    hoping they'll just blow away.

    But they'll forever stay,

    with all her memories,

just wanting them to go away,

the visions keep flowing through her head.

    Why didnt she just listen,

how could she be so wrong,

He played her like a fool,

if she only knew this from the start,

she would of closed off her heart.

Her life just seems so tough,

because she wont break down at all,

    you'd think shes had enough,

    but she wont stop,

    unless he makes her realize,

    She has nothing at all

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
