    Close to the end

Every day we go on and believe that everything is alright but deep down you know that no matter how good you try to be it's never enough.  Time is all that is left in what once was a good thing, but just like everything else it came to an end. Out of nowhere and for no particular cause ones happiness and reason for being where one is vanished. How do u come back from the darkness that is now placed back in your heart?

Memories flash constantly and tears roll out fast, the feeling of being whole no longer exist. Emptiness invades your entire being; who you thought was inside was nothing but a mere memory that's no longer visible.  The outer shell walks on the very ground that will one day store your body. Deep within the portal of blackness a familiar sound works its way to the surface, the sound of a heart that stops and the sound of misery that takes over.

How does one continue to survive the agonizing pain of being alive?

A painful portrayal of life is painted here in words that indicate the poet has suffered some loss that has shattered her being. Well written.

Interesting poem. I did'nt like the picture though-it looked like a disease in the blood or something.

Poetry is what gets lost in translation.
