    CHANGE

LIKE THE FOG ON A CHILL NIGHT ... ONLY TO BE PUSHED ASIDE BY THE MORNING SUN. BABY'S SKIN TWAS SMOOTH AS SILK .. NOW, I THINK WITH A MAN'S HEART WITHIN A WRINKLED BODY. SPEAKING, KNOWING, I SHALL NOT BE HEARD FOR THE FOG HAS ENTERED MY BONES ... AND THERE SHALL BE NO MORNING SUN TO WARM MY SOUL .

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
