    Sandy shore
    Deep blue sea
    Pebbles galore
    Hot flask of tea

    Bucket and spade
    Sandcastles made
    Looking for crabs
    For my finger, one grabs

    Warm wind and sun
    Ultimate fun
    Sisters that laugh
    My brother plays daft

    Sandwiches, ice creams
    Holiday daydreams
    Donkey rides
    Great Galloping strides

    I wish I was there
    Life just isn't fair
    But no one can take
    The memories we make

I really like this poem. The hot flask of tea brings back memories of trips to the beach with my now deceased father.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.

    Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
