    A poem i wrote a while back. Havent been inspired much to write lately...i know who really cares right? Well enjoy if you must

    Broken Soul

     Broken soul
    No matter what he did everything was wrong. He tried everything but the feeling of happiness would always be gone. He was always told to keep his head up and never look down. Always instructed to put the smile before the frown.
    But a broken soul can never find happiness. This soul will always be the saddest of them all. Every time this soul stands up it is about raedy to fall
    He thought he found his place and someone who loved him for what mattered most. This soul didnt realize that in the future his heart she would roast. He wanted to believe everything that she ever said. Today to her he might as well be dead because

    Now the soul is untrusting of anyone that ever cared for him. Its hardened its heart which just makes her win. The soul is forevre broken in the worlds eyes. But som broken soul will stand back up and he hopes people will realize
    broken soul can never find happiness. This soul will always be the saddest of them all. Every time this soul stands up it is about ready to fall

    I like the line, Its hardened it's heart which just makes her win. Sad, but in alot of times very true in life's instances.

    Dan, With a broken soul comes a contrite (heart) which means a fixed soul........ a renewed soul...... Jesus says that what was onced crooked He will make straight... what we see as broke He fixes...... We can not depend on others for happiness we have to depend on Him and His love for us..... This in return shows us how to love ourselves all others and Him who created us...... We may fall but He wont let go...... I can relate to this brokeness, but let Him in to fix it... He can He will... if you let Him..... red

    this was very deep I could almost hear this as a song in my head. Sad in it's telling but very moving. Sadly it is all too true. well done my friend.-tonya
