Blue Berries

Berries Berries Berries more Blue Berries

A taste so strong intense and enduring,
The thoughts that managed to comfort,
A heart that hustled through many years.

Berries Berries Berries more Blue Berries,

Few moments of laughs and words,
That paved way to short lived solace,
They will last and reclaim many summers.

Berries Berries Berries more Blue Berries,
Small blessing in life, as smiling faces,
May give you the love of existence,
Thou will persist and bestow mark of life

Berries Berries Berries more Blue Berries
Versatile and Serene they stood by me,
Heard no claim, no rights, no price
Yet the berries devote mammoth love.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
