Blaze to Passion

Poem Commentary

One never knows what words can come from the heart... once they have hung up the phone... and it is too late to call back.  Do yourself and your relationship with others a favor, while it is fresh on the heart throbbing mind... Write it Down.  Passion, time, and the words you pull from your pocket can set a heart pounding message into motion!

Blaze to Passion

Well, got to run,

But I do hope you know...

I will think of you

In the blazing hot Oklahoma setting sun.

Though the steam does rise as the sun sets low,

I will long to be held in your arms,

For your waving hair cools my sweating palms,

As your luscious warm lips set my soul on fire.

Yes, splashing all night feels so right

While kissing-away with your hair reflecting

…the glow of the cool moon light

…from the passionately blazing lily pad’s pond tonight.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
