    Beloved

    My beloved--take me
    Take me in your arms
    Where shield and armor
    Guard secret treasure--to our soul
And let me smell, let me smell
The freshness of love each day
    Keeping our temple sacred
    Where paradise unfolds
Rare gifts the eyes never seen
As you placed sweet scented oil
    Love blooms
    While we sail on oceans
    Where wave speaks power
    Dolphins speaks romance
    in their tongue
    Our eyes behold beauty
    Let me be the first
    to view wisdom
    your heart, your strength
    As oneness becomes
    our resting place
    Beloved take me
    take me
    in your arms
    And hold me close
    Hold me dear
    Let us age gracefully
    forever in each other arms.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
