    Beauty

wake up to a ray of sunshine that blinds me when i open my eyes.
you open your blinds that you can control when you want
your sweet wind blankets the air as if it was a newborn
the pavement of your earth is so smooth, that it can never be torn.
i would really love to give you my core
if this was a football game the other team would celebrate every time you score the points that they give
your heart enriches the air so i can continue to live

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
