Bearable and Loveable (Original)
Bearable and LoveableIn the deep and dark forsaken cave, echoed the cries of an Indian Brave,
His tribe found him there, one day when they killed a bear.
They entered with torches of flame they called out the young Braves name
Eagle Wings was missing for two days, now help was on the way.
.
His thirst and hunger were great he feared his end was near but a small
Bear cub brought him water and berries and laid close to bring him warmth.
Ever so grateful Eagle Wings made him his friend, a beginning of a life force,
That would save him on his adventures course.
His tribe found him alive and well, by the side of the toddling Bear,
perhaps it was an odd and mysterious care.
Eagle Wings could not leave his new friend behind, he was so caring and kind.
So they left together in the chilling Autumn's weather
They arrived at their home, close to where the Buffalo Roam.
The Chief was happy to see that his son Eagle Wings was alive and free.
The Chief Gave thanks to the tribe, and the tribe adopted the Bear,
He became their lifelong friend, he stayed until his life came to an end.
Some say he was a man under his fur, honor, and loyalty was his ways
He fought in battles and danced around the fire ring, his mighty roar
Was filled with love, and peace for the fellowship that love brings.
