Bass Man
He stands stationed stage left next to the guitar player …. The Bass Man.
With nimble fingers he plucks the driving beat of the band as the drummer kicks out the back with his steady hammering of the skins with sticks in his hand.
Multi colored lights shine on you from above like ray from the heavens,
Your body glistens like diamonds.
Screaming women swoon and men pump their fists in the air as if they were in agreement with your musical candor.
Thumping chords that make our bodies move to your groove as you bless us with your passion through music.
Leaving the crowd exhausted as waves of sound fills the night air.
