And a Myriad of This...
I am the night sky,Full of beauty and mystery, but the reality is no one cares to take time to notice.
I am like water,
Willing and able to be purified,
But a contaminated world is keeping me from
Being as virtuous as I should.
I'm like a bird,
Wanting to spread my wings to fly,
As I use my voice to reach the masses,
But I'm caged and trapped.
I'm a song of truth, wisdom and reminiscing,
But the point is missing,
When society expects and accepts the mainstream.
I am a vision, wish a vision,
And my vision is clear that the mere thought of changing
Is out of the question.
It makes me question somethings and some people.
I'm like a computer.
Remembering all that I'm supposed to.
I'm complex in every way, but yet so simple.
I'm like the others, we just possess different names,
And different codes,
But some just know the surface.
I'm like a cell phone,
Forever changing, obtaining different features,
But I keep the same basic features.
I'm a flower.
I stand strong, until someone uproots me.
Only those who care for and about my nature,
Nurture me and appreciate me,
Even if I'm not the most magnificent.
I'm a fighter of the intangible.
A lover of the unimaginable.
A dreamer of the unbelievable.
A reacher of the unattainable.
A maker of the impossible.
A doer of the unable.
I'm all of that, and a myriad of others.
