    Ambiguity

    If you could,

have connected to what I did not say

    If you could,

have engaged my heart and felt what it longed to play

    If you could,

have recognize my yearning for sanctuary amidst precariousness

    If you could,

have known my tears and fears all these years

    If you could

    have me…you would!

finally, a uniquely powerful piece in which the poet beautifully captures the nuance of ambiguity..."the if you could" gives the poem good rhythm ...the last line - a great sense of longing and depth. Keep writing sister!

With your beautiful words, you gave us a glimpse of who you are. We'll be waiting for more. Good poem. TS

i think we all say this to ourselves when dealing with someone. we want them to see or feel or know something without us even saying or showing it to them physically. atleast that is what i got from this poem. i love it. i think you are talented and you have alot more to give to the poetry world. just continue to write and post! i rate this a 10 cause it speaks to me in volumes.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.
