A letter to My Mom
To My Mom,
I look up at the stars and know that you are there, but I wish that you were home with me sitting on the stairs. Oh the conversations that we both would have! But living here without you is starting to make me Mad. I miss being able to call you when my day is rough. I know that you are watching, but damn it it isn't enough! I want your arms around me and to hear you say "Don't cry." but everytime I think of you tears fall from my eyes.
I know that no one can replace you and you know many have tried. But Mom, there is no one on this earth that loves me like you do. Even though you are in heaven now, you know that is the truth.
Mom, when you look down here, I hope that you are proud of me. I think of all I have done since you left and I don't think you are, but then just then I feel your arms around me and I hear your voice so clear, "Don't you ever think like that, I am always Here."
To my Mom who passed away 08/18/2007 I LOVE YOU MOM!
