    A GENTLE BREEZE

A gentle breeze flowing through the trees. Feels so peaceful yet powerful. I could almost fall to my knees.

Sun so bright at last finally no rain in sight. A gentle breeze flies into my hair. Taking away all my cares. Nothing else compares.

A gentle breeze feels so good against my face and skin. Hear the birds sing, as the branches sway and bend. A gentle breeze against the sky watching the lovely clouds as they pass on by.

A gentle breeze sent softly from above this whisper I hear touches my soul and reminds me, that YES, I am Loved!

The day is Beautiful with singing birds, budding trees and sunshine galore. I believe along with the gentle breeze who could ask for anything more.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
