A CALL FOR PEACE
A CALL FOR PEACE
I’m spreading all my conceit,
All the vague vains surrounding me:
And there, I uproot all the lichens,
Which like to be born in my faith.
I walk stealthily, and I follow,
The walking of all petty men
I open, though, my civility,
Swearing upon my conscious self……
And there, with my absent mind,
I spread all of mine,
And call--- peace, peace and peace…..
I’m spreading all my conceit,
All the vague vains surrounding me:
And there, I uproot all the lichens,
Which like to be born in my faith.
I walk stealthily, and I follow,
The walking of all petty men
I open, though, my civility,
Swearing upon my conscious self……
And there, with my absent mind,
I spread all of mine,
And call--- peace, peace and peace…..
